PURCHASES AND REIMBURSEMENT
Members of the Lake Beauty Association may request approval for purchases for Association expenses by completing a Purchase Request Form and submitting it to one of the members of the Executive Committee.
- Estimates and necessary documentation must accompany the form.
- Two executive committee members must sign the approval.
- Upon written approval, purchases can be made.
To request reimbursement for approved purchases, resubmit your approved Purchase Request Form and all receipts to the Secretary/Treasurer.
