PURCHASES AND REIMBURSEMENT

Members of the Lake Beauty Association may request approval for purchases for Association expenses by completing a Purchase Request Form and submitting it to one of the members of the Executive Committee.

  1. Estimates and necessary documentation must accompany the form.
  2. Two executive committee members must sign the approval.
  3. Upon written approval, purchases can be made.

To request reimbursement for approved purchases, resubmit your approved Purchase Request Form and all receipts to the Secretary/Treasurer.
